Hoàng Edullantes provides operations and administrative support at Community FarmShare. Her passion for food and people is a gift from her Vietnamese - Filipino heritage. Hoàng grew up in the megacity of Ho Chi Minh, and immigrated to the US at 17. Since moving to the US, Hoang has worked in many different fields from environmental conservation, restaurants, grocery retail, produce, real estate and higher education. Hoang holds a B.A in Environmental Studies from McDaniel College and is pursuing a Masters in Community Planning at the University of Maryland, College Park. She believes that every community has the right to produce and get access to fresh, local, culturally appropriate and environmentally sound food. Hoang currently lives in Montgomery Village with her partner and dog. She is also a yoga instructor and buddhist practitioner and occasionally holds spaces for collective rest and healing.
